Call Those Things
Which Be Not.

Before the code compiles. Before the domain resolves. Before anyone believes it. You have to speak it into existence first.

"God, who gives life to the dead and calls those things which do not exist as though they did."

I have been building things that didn't exist yet my entire life. Not because I had the resources. Not because I had the credentials. Because I spoke them first.

When I was in a 6x4 concrete box, I called a nonprofit into existence on the wall. When I was a maintenance man fixing toilets and patching drywall, I called a software company into existence in my head. When I had no laptop, no desk, no address — I called sovereign AI infrastructure into existence from a parking lot.

Romans 4:17 is not just theology. It is the oldest product development framework ever written.

Every system I have ever built started as something that did not exist. Not just in code — in the minds of everyone around me.

When you call something into existence before it is real, the world will tell you that you are delusional. That you are confused about your circumstances. That you should be realistic about what people like you can build.

Realistic is what they tell you to be when they want you to stop building.

— Julius C. Hill // Sovereign Infrastructure

Faith is not wishful thinking. Faith is building infrastructure for a reality that hasn't rendered yet. You write the code before the server exists. You buy the domain before the product is built. You publish the newsletter before you have subscribers. You call those things which be not — as though they already are.

A Software CompanyWhile I was fixing broken toilets and patching drywall. Before I wrote a single line of code. Before anyone would have believed it if I told them.
167 RepositoriesFrom a parking lot. From county jail. From a desk that is still surrounded by the low-level threats of a legacy justice system that hasn't caught up to what I've become.
Sovereign InfrastructureA stack nobody could take from me. A domain nobody could revoke. A newsletter nobody could suppress. Built from nothing, for people who have been told they are nothing.
A Voice for the VoicelessAn AI module that prays with inmates in solitary confinement. I called it into existence because I needed it at 19 and it didn't exist. Now it does.

What have you been waiting to call into existence? What have you been holding back because the circumstances aren't right, the resources aren't there, the permission hasn't been granted?

The circumstances will never be right. The resources will always be insufficient. The permission will never come.

Call it anyway. Build it anyway. Ship it anyway. The code doesn't care about your circumstances. The compiler doesn't care about your background. The domain doesn't ask for your credentials.

Call those things which be not. As though they already are. Because for the builder — they already are.

Speak It.
Then Build It.
